Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to cancel before the window 50% of missed service will be charged.
• No call-no show appointments will require 100% of missed service to be paid before booking your next appointment. A deposit will be required to book another another appointment.
• After two no call-no show appointments you will not be able to book any future appointments.
• Deposits for appointments. Certain services- situations require a non refundable deposit. This is clearly stated verbally or via text when booking the appointment. It is a non refundable fee that can not be applied to future appointments.
•Any missed-cancelled service fees will not be applied towards future services. This policy will be fully enforced. We respect your time and hope all of you wonderful clients respect ours as well. Thank you!
